Tiger population is decreasing rapidly. Tigers have very little space to live and poachers could have a field day finding a new tiger to kill and sell. Tigers can be worth a lot of money in the illegal trade market. It’s no wonder why so many cruel people are killing off these magnificent animals.
In Asia, tigers are beloved animals and they always have been. Tigers, along with the elephant, are one of the most commonly shown animal in ancient art and mythology within Asia. People who are born of the twelfth year within the Chinese calendar are said to be lucky and powerful because they are born in the year of the tiger.
